Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Be in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
How to Start a Return
Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Our team will respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the item and its packaging. After review, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
